We are looking for intern who are smart, professional, driven, conscientious, and career-minded. The right person to join our team must be able to make decisions, think independently and work well as a supporting member of our team. The work primarily consists of commercial and residential projects of all sizes & complexity.
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain Variable Revit Family Models that reflect our Submittal parameters.
Creating 3D models of new/modified sheet metal designs for inclusion in documentation for Design Engineering purposes.
Checking drawing packages for proper layout and dimensioning.
Participate in design teams with engineers and other departments. Interface with manufacturing as required for completing design work.
Qualifications:
Be attending a Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from 2-year College or Technical School; or 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education & experience in drafting.
Working knowledge of MS Office products.
Proficient in the use of AutoDESK Revit (Required experience)
3D modeling program (Solid Edge preferred)
Proficient Lumion (Preferred)
Ability to work with Architect and Project Manager on progress of Revit model
Ability to work under pressure to meet “deadlines” and to multi-task projects
Applicant Capabilities:
Demonstrated proficiency in Revit & AutoCAD.

Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
