A lobby should do more than welcome you in—it should set the tone for everything that follows.
In this multifamily commercial lobby, we leaned into rich color, bold geometry, and layers of texture to create an arrival experience that feels sophisticated yet inviting. Deep green walls and plush seating bring warmth and depth, while the graphic black-and-white stone floor introduces movement and contrast. Sculptural brass accents add just the right touch of warmth against the moodier palette.
For multifamily spaces, these moments matter. A thoughtfully designed lobby becomes part of a resident’s everyday experience—a place that feels considered, elevated, and connected to the identity of the property.
We love designing commercial interiors with a residential point of view, creating shared spaces that feel less like a pass-through and more like an extension of home.
Would you go bold with a deep green wall like this? 💚

The dining room is where everyday meals become lasting memories.
Designed with clean architectural lines, oversized windows, warm brass accents, and richly layered materials, this space feels both refined and inviting. The sculptural dining chairs add softness, while the expansive windows flood the room with natural light and create a seamless connection to the landscape beyond. Every element was selected to make gathering around the table feel effortless, whether it’s a quiet family dinner or a celebration with friends.
What would your dream dinner party look like in a space like this? Tell us in the comments! ✨

What does a modern interpretation of midcentury modern actually look like?

For us, it’s about capturing the warmth and optimism of the style without recreating a specific era. Think warm woods, sculptural lighting, curved furnishings, graphic patterns, terrazzo-inspired materials, and a richer, more playful approach to color.

For this multifamily project, we layered cranberry reds, sage greens, warm terracottas, tactile materials, and expressive artwork to create spaces that feel polished without feeling precious—and playful without feeling trendy.

The result? A fresh take on midcentury modern that feels rooted in its inspiration but designed for the way people live today.

Would you bring this modern take on midcentury style into your own space?

Never underestimate the impact of drapery. ✨

Throughout this home, drapery became one of the finishing layers that completely transformed each space. It added softness, warmth, texture, and a sense of intention that helped take the rooms from beautiful to truly finished.

Beyond framing the windows, the drapery draws your eye upward, complements the architecture, and brings another layer of color and pattern into the design. It’s a perfect example of why we consider window treatments such an important part of a thoughtfully designed home.

Would you add drapery to your space?

From rendering to reality. ✨
There’s something incredibly rewarding about watching a design that began on a screen become a space people can actually walk into, experience, and enjoy every day.
For this multifamily commercial project, the lobby was designed to make a memorable first impression while still feeling welcoming and residential. From the dramatic cascading light fixture and graphic stair railing to the rich green seating, warm brass details, and statement wallcovering, each element was carefully considered during the rendering process—and seeing those details come together in the finished space is one of our favorite parts of what we do.
Renderings allow us to visualize the full story of a space long before installation begins, helping our clients understand not just how a design will look, but how it will feel. And when you can place the rendering beside the finished lobby and see the vision carried all the way through? That’s a pretty special moment.
Swipe to see the vision come to life. Which detail would have you doing a double take between the rendering and reality? 👀

Should all your furniture match? 🤔 The answer is no! Mixing furniture pieces adds depth, personality, and makes a space feel more curated and lived-in. Embrace variety in textures, silhouettes, and even fabrics to create a look that’s uniquely yours. What are your thoughts on matching furniture?

From an uninspiring lower level—and an unused exterior space beneath the deck—to a glamorous destination designed for entertaining and everyday family life. ✨
Our clients wanted to completely transform their lower level, but weren’t sure where to begin. We reimagined the existing interior and took advantage of previously unused space beneath the deck, enclosing it to create additional living space and a full kitchen overlooking the pool.
Inside, a dramatic bar, bold materials, rich pattern, warm brass details, and Art Deco-inspired touches give the space its sophisticated personality. A new two-sided fireplace became an architectural centerpiece, connecting the entertaining areas with a comfortable family lounge.
The result feels less like a basement and more like a luxurious private club—polished enough for cocktails and entertaining, yet relaxed enough for movie nights and everyday family life.
Swipe through to explore the transformation. Which space is your favorite?
