ice design, corporate interiors, retail design, multi-family housing, mixed-use design, master planning, project management, environmental graphics and green building design. Further, we have become designers who “talk it and walk it,” evidenced by our purchase and restoration of two historic buildings in downtown Kansas City, as well as by providing owner-agent roles for our clients on large scale projects in California, Kansas, Michigan and Oklahoma.

We designed custom ombre patterns to be "printed" on the insulated glass going into the new 1957 Building. The patterns provide a texture and visual interest to the building, concealing some construction elements and revealing others while creating a feeling of lightness. Last week we had the opportunity to visit Insulite and see their amazing production facility as they brought our ideas to life.

Having partnered on the design of their Ward Parkway headquarters, our team is proud to continue the relationship as NBKC establishes a new, permanent home in Overland Park. This milestone reflects not only the bank’s continued growth, but also a long-term investment in people, place, and community. We designed this commercial kitchen and event space using a blend of Spanish tile and reclaimed teakwood, complemented by state-of-the-art audio/visual technology. The space is perfectly suited for special cocktail tastings, private dining experiences, and even movie nights. It’s a beautifully designed space for demonstration, presentation, and education!

Sometimes, you need a little help finding your way around. Perspective was approached by Research Medical Center to redesign and update the facility’s wayfinding signage. The goal was to create a clear, updatable and intuitive signage system that enables easy navigation for both hospital staff and visitors. In alignment with RMC’s new branding, the design incorporates their bright orange as a visual cue to frame icons and directional arrows, while contrasting navy blue and white are used to present destination information clearly.
