Welcome to the Team, Grady!

From student to full-time team member!

Grady graduated from Minster High School in May after completing the work-study program through Minster Local Schools during his senior year. During the program, he worked part-time with Weigandt Development, gaining valuable hands-on experience and becoming a familiar face around the job site.

Now, after graduation, Grady has officially joined the team full-time! We’re excited to have him continue building on the skills and experience he developed through the work-study program.
