Bechtold Paving, Inc. has been serving Minot and North Central ND since 1976. Specializing in hot mixed asphalt: Highways / DOT, Industrial, parking lots with heavy traffic, residential driveways, road building and grade work.
Positions available:
* Paving laborers (entry level OK, will train motivated workers)
* Equipment Operators (motor grader, skid steers, rollers, asphalt paver, loaders) experience is preferred
Competitive Pay:
* Laborers: $20.00 - $28.00 / DOE + Fringe Benefits
* Operators: $20.00 - $35.00 / DOE + Fringe Benefits
Our Season runs from May through November, depending on the weather. Overtime is available during the peak season.

Requirements:
* Strong work ethic and positive attitude
* Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)
* 18+ years old, pass pre-employment drug test and background check
