It’s been a busy few weeks for Devin and the Creative Concrete team.

✅ We spent a week in Las Vegas at the World of Concrete show, learning about new technology and processes that continue to push our industry forward.

✅ Last week, we talked shop floors with our post-frame construction partners at Goodon Industries during the KMOT Ag Expo in Minot.

This week, we’re in Kansas City with the Cyberplex team at The 2026 Precast Show.

We’re excited to connect with build partners and take the next steps toward delivering resilient, grid-independent, generational housing solutions.

We caught some great timelapse footage of a storm rolling in over our foundation project in Bottineau last week.

With all the recent storms in North Dakota, it's a good time to talk about how moisture affects concrete.

While we won’t pour if significant rain is in the forecast, a little moisture before or after a pour isn’t necessarily a bad thing. A little rain before the pour will help keep dust down on the site, and controlled moisture during curing can improve concrete strength and durability. It's all about timing, technique, and understanding the conditions.
