We were able to knock out 2 foundations and 1 footing in the last 3 days. We also got 40’ of city sidewalk poured this morning. We will be wrapping these up with waterproofing over the weekend. With the amount of days we have lost with wind and rain over the last few months the crew has chosen to work everyday it’s not raining. So even though it’s a holiday weekend we will be powering through and getting projects finished up and new ones started.

We got this project in Tioga ready a few weeks ago but have been unable to pour it due to site access with all the rain we have been getting. Today was finally the day and we were able to get 140 yards laid down in 2.5 hours this morning! Finished and saw cut all before the storms start rolling through again tonight.

We poured half the apron today on the new build and got the other half and sidewalk ready. We will be pouring it tomorrow.

Probably the nicest decorative project we have ever done. It was started 2 years ago during construction and we got it finished up now. Over 2000 sq ft of stamped, gas fire pit, 150’ of retaining walls. It’s a show stopper. I’ll be back once the yard and landscaping is done to take some final pics. Remember we are the ONLY company in central and western North Dakota who offers this quality of decorative work!

We ran to Berthold yesterday for a repeat customer from 4 years ago to do this little 20’x18’ patio. We were in and out in 5 hours start to finish. From stripping black dirt to pulling forms off. They didn’t request the hand tooled joints or border but we threw it in while we were there. Will be a perfect spot for a hot tub and a fire pit to sit.

We are back to finish up all of the exterior concrete at a new build in Minot that we started last year. We poured these split limestone form-liner steps this morning and they sure turned out sharp! I’ll have a bunch more pictures as this project gets wrapped up with antique and sealer.

We got this 25’x42’ driveway poured this morning. Side walk and apron passed inspection and are ready to pour as soon as we get a break in the rain this week.

One of the 8’x8’ deer stands we built this winter. 10 windows, spray foamed interior, black out fabric. 7’ center height. Stands built by hunters for hunters. Installed 12’ to your feet. This one’s ready for season! We still have a couple more to install throughout the summer.

With all the lost days we have had the last month we took advantage of Memorial Day to head up to Crosby to get a floor and apron ready. While we were there the home owner wanted a bunch more work done. We were able to knock out this whole project in 2.5 days start to finish. Thanks to the crew for putting in some long hours making it happen.
