🚨 HELP WANTED - IMMEDIATE OPENING-Professional Cleaning🚨

I don’t normally post things like this, but I am in a position where I genuinely need help.

Our cleaning company has several large same-day turnovers scheduled this week, including one of our biggest properties, and I just had someone back out on me with very short notice. I am currently working long days, seven days a week, and I physically cannot continue carrying this workload alone.

I am looking for someone who can start immediately and who is interested in ongoing work 1–2 days per week moving forward.

My requirements are simple:

✔ Reliable
✔ Trustworthy
✔ Hardworking
✔ Able to show up when scheduled

Experience is helpful, but reliability is non-negotiable. I can teach cleaning. I cannot teach someone to care about showing up. If you cannot commit to this requirement please do not contact me! If you are reliable and can work when you are scheduled then this position is great pay and we would love you to join our team!

To be completely honest, I have reached the point where there is no room in this business for unreliable people. My clients depend on me, and I need team members that I can depend on as well. If you tell me you’ll be there, I need you to be there.

This is physically demanding work, but it’s flexible and there is ongoing work available for the right person.

ISO Reliable cleaners needed ASAP!
Hi I am Mandy with J & M Industries in Minong WI. I am looking for 2 reliable experienced professional cleaners to start asap! Up to 25-30 hrs a week until October. After October about 1-2 days a week until April 2026. This is a somewhat seasonal position. With that being said I have not needed to advertise for work in over a year and if I am able to put a reliable team together I can pick up more contracts asap!
