A combination of roofing materials and coordinating details came together to complete this Minneapolis project.

The main home received Brava MW Slate in Cottage, replacing the existing slate and asphalt shingles.

The detached garage received CertainTeed Landmark PRO in Max Def Colonial Slate to complement the main home.

White edge metal and white gutters were also included as part of the project.

The existing wood shakes were replaced with Brava Shake, bringing a new look to the roof while maintaining the character of the home.

The roof features Brava Cedar Shake in Lake Forest with a 10" exposure, along with copper chimney flashing, a copper bay window and eyebrow replacement, copper dead valley pan and copper step flashing.

The front curved standing seam barrel roof adds another unique detail to the project.

The project included 74.5 squares of roofing with a 12/12 pitch, along with galvanized steel valley metal and Alpine snow guards in a Dark Bronze finish.
