Celebrating This Month’s Standout Team Members at KLC
At KLC, we’re proud to recognize the people whose talent, adaptability, and dedication help move our team forward. This month, we’re celebrating two individuals who continue to make a meaningful impact in very different ways.
✨ Employee of the Month – Becky
Becky has recently taken on an exciting new role as Business Systems Manager after transitioning from our Titles team. With her experience and understanding of KLC’s day-to-day operations, she brings a valuable perspective to a role focused on the technology, systems, and processes that keep our teams working efficiently.
From helping improve workflows to finding better ways to support the tools our teams rely on, Becky has already made a strong impact in her new position. Her ability to identify opportunities for improvement, solve problems, and help create smoother processes makes her an incredible resource across the organization. We’re excited to see her continue to grow in this role and help shape how KLC operates moving forward.
👏 Sales Rep of the Month – Lesley Farmer, CLFP
Lesley has had a busy and productive summer, staying connected with clients and industry partners both in the office and on the road. From day-to-day conversations and relationship-building to representing KLC at industry golf tournaments, she consistently makes the most of every opportunity to connect, network, and strengthen partnerships.
And she’s not just making connections on the course—she’s bringing home wins, too! Lesley took first place at a tournament this week, adding a little extra excitement to an already active summer.
That same drive, confidence, and competitive spirit carries into the work she does for her clients every day. Lesley has a genuine ability to connect with people, build lasting relationships, and turn opportunities into results, making her a well-deserved Sales Rep of the Month.
