Another project completion worth sharing! From empty shell to functioning 12,300 SF federal office.
When this space came to us, it was just four walls and a dirt floor. Our team took it all the way from installing new underground plumbing, new concrete slab, and building out the entire interior to meet the exact specifications required for a Social Security Administration office.
It's easy to overlook everything that happens on interior remodels, but projects like this are a reminder that great buildouts start below the surface.
Thanks to all the team players that made this transformation happen.
