Safe & Vault Service from B-SAFE Lock & Key

When a safe won’t open, the problem isn’t always the combination or keypad. Electronic and mechanical safe locks can fail, wear out, or develop internal problems that require professional diagnosis and service.

This Kodiak gun safe is an actual B-SAFE Lock & Key service call. The customer had the combination, but the safe would not open. After troubleshooting the electronic lock system and testing a replacement keypad, we determined the problem went beyond the keypad and the safe required professional opening.

B-SAFE Lock & Key provides safe and vault services including safe opening and lockout service, combination changes, electronic and mechanical safe lock service, and safe lock repair and replacement. Security technology keeps changing — and B-SAFE Lock & Key keeps learning.

In August, we continued our professional training with hands-on DETEX exit device and panic hardware training, covering commercial exit devices, life-safety hardware, troubleshooting, installation, and service.

In September, we’re continuing that education with safe lock manipulation training, expanding our knowledge of mechanical safe locks, safe opening, diagnostics, and professional safe and vault service.
