A lot of pre-construction work happens before the hammer ever swings on your job site! Before we start actual construction, we will:

Apply for all necessary permits required
Order and coordinate delivery for all necessary materials and selections
Review the production schedule to ensure that your job run smoothly and we can work without delays
Introduce you to your lead carpenter
Work together regarding general ‘housekeeping’ issues to ensure the safety and security of your home/children/pets
