nd project management skills. DBC is an active member of NADRA, North American Deck and Rail Association. In May 2001, Pat Noonan, DBC president, was elected President of the Minnesota NADRA chapter. He led the first annual "Deck For a Soldier" build, donating a deck every year to a decorated soldier returning from active duty in Iraq. Other notable community DBC outreach efforts include the Pink Ribbon Home Build Project, the Minnesota Ovarian Cancer Alliance (MOCA) Deck Build, as well as efforts benefiting the Dr. Susan Love Research Foundation and The Avon Foundation.
