Philosophy: Landscape design is a process, which begins by accompanying individuals on their journey into the natural world through shared story. Each of us has preferences, opinions, and ideas about what feels right and most like home. Colors, textures, light, space and use all affect us in varying

ways, and this is just as true in the outdoor environment as it is in our indoor living spaces. Landscape design provides an opportunity to express your unique connection to nature. This work of designing landscapes is many things, but it always begins by listening to you and to nature. This deep listening is accompanied by observations, insights and discussions. Your dreams, values and needs are considered with an assessment and evaluation of the site, microclimate, and adjacent properties. If all of these things are done well, then good design will follow.
