What a day at River Fest! 🌊☀️

We were to be a Silver of River Fest 2026 at Mississippi Gateway Regional Park, celebrating the community, the Mississippi River, and the incredible transformation of this park.

As Construction Manager for this new construction + redevelopment project, it was especially exciting to see the community enjoying the spaces we’ve been working hard to bring to life alongside our project partners: Three Rivers Park District, WSB, + Alliiance.

And of course, we had to bring some H+Uge fun! Our tent was stocked with H+U swag, and the kids (+ adults 😉) definitely didn’t leave empty-handed!

Thank you to Three Rivers Park District for putting on an incredible event and for letting us be part of such a special day. We’re privileged to help build places where the community can come together, explore, and make memories! 💚

Last week, H+U was proud to welcome educators and career counselors as part of the Minneapolis Regional Chamber's Educator Externship Program!

Participants toured our MSP Airport Terminal-2 project, learned about careers in the construction industry, and gained a behind-the-scenes look at how projects like this come together. By connecting educators with real-world experiences, the program helps bridge the gap between the classroom and the workforce, giving students greater insight into the many career opportunities available in .

Thank you to the Minneapolis Regional Chamber for organizing this valuable program and to everyone who joined us. We're proud to help + the next generation of builders and industry professionals.

🌿 For our final National Park + Recreation Month spotlight, we're featuring Ridgedale Commons + Crane Lake Preserve; a project that transformed underutilized space into a vibrant community destination.

Working as Construction Manager for the City of Minnetonka - Local Government, H+U helped bring this 2-acre park and gathering space to life with lush gardens, creative play areas, an interactive water feature, open lawn space, a flexible plaza for community events, and improvements to the nearby Crane Lake Preserve.

This project reflects the impact of thoughtfully designed public spaces, creating opportunities for recreation, connection, and community year-round.

She has been spending the summer with H+U as part of our aviation field team at MSP Airport, gaining hands-on experience while supporting ongoing projects. 🚧 Construction has officially begun on the new Air Traffic Control Tower at Duluth International Airport, where H+U is proud to be the Construction Manager of this transformative investment in aviation infrastructure! ✈️

Replacing 70+ year old tower that no longer meets modern FAA standards, this project will deliver expanded visibility + improved safety to support the thousands of passengers served each year.

Our team joined airport leadership + partners to celebrate the groundbreaking of a project that will help position Duluth for continued growth + a safe future in the skies.
