In the construction industry, mental health is just as important as physical safety. Creating a culture where conversations about well-being are encouraged and supported takes commitment from every level of our organization.

This Mental Health Awareness Month, Team Blue had the opportunity to hear from Ray Stenglein, who shared powerful insights on breaking the stigma around mental health, recognizing when someone may be struggling, and fostering a culture of support and open conversation.

Thank you, Ray, for reminding us that asking for help is a sign of strength and no one has to face challenges alone.

Team Blue had a great day partnering with St. Francis Regional Medical Center for their Day in the Life event!

We were grateful for the opportunity to help give families a fun, hands-on look at the work happening inside the hospital every day. Events like this are a great reminder that healthcare construction is about more than the building itself — it's about supporting the people who provide care for the patients they serve.
