A space you use as often as the laundry room deserves the same thoughtfulness as the rest of the house. Here's what homeowners often tell us they need in their laundry spaces:

- Storage space tied to their actual needs.
- A big enough countertop to fold and sort.
- Lighting that reaches every corner of the room.

Eleven years ago, we remodeled this homeowner's kitchen. She still loves it. When she was ready to take on her bathroom, she stopped by our showroom to talk through the options. Here's how it all came together:

- The tub was removed to make room for a custom-tiled walk-in shower with a folding seat and a custom glass door.
- Removing the soffit opened up the ceiling to give the room more presence.
- The linen closet lost its door and became a built-in cabinet.
- New wainscoting tile, a new vanity, faucet, and light brought the finishes together.

What an incredible, emotional day last Sunday. Nearly 1,500 women crossed the finish line at the 2026 YWCA Minneapolis Women's Triathlon, and they are nothing short of absolutely inspiring.

As Susan Denk, our owner and a 10-time triathlete, always says: "All you have to do is cross the finish line, and you are, in fact, a triathlete."

As one of the 2026 sponsors, we had a front row seat to the guts, grit, and heart on display by these women. What an honor to witness.
