Your dream home doesn’t always begin with the plan you have in mind—it begins with being open to what’s possible.

One of the most rewarding parts of our design process is helping clients discover opportunities they never knew existed. It starts with listening. During our intake process, we learn about your daily routines, frustrations, wish lists, dreams, and the way you want your home to support the life you live.

From there, our design team gets to work. Ideas go from pen to paper, are challenged and refined during team charrettes and brainstorming sessions, and evolve through collaboration before we present multiple concepts. Each design is paired with a ballpark investment range, helping you understand not only what’s possible, but what it may take to bring it to life.

This kitchen is the perfect example.

Originally, the kitchen occupied only the space inside the existing walls. The idea of flipping the layout and creating an entire wall of windows overlooking the backyard wasn’t even on the homeowners’ radar. But by trusting the process and allowing our team to explore every possibility, they discovered a home they never imagined.

Today, they enjoy a kitchen filled with natural light, uninterrupted views of the beautiful wildlife that visits their backyard, a stronger connection to the outdoors, and a space that functions beautifully for cooking, gathering, and entertaining.

Sometimes the best design isn’t the one you envisioned—it’s the one you never knew was possible.

Sometimes the most beautiful photos aren’t the finished ones.

These images capture our projects in progress—homes in various stages of construction, many of them still being lived in by our clients every single day.

Recently, a client shared that after having work done elsewhere, their home simply wasn’t “Vujoviched.” We couldn’t help but smile because they understood exactly what that means.

To us, site protection isn’t an afterthought—it’s part of the craft. From carefully protecting existing finishes to controlling dust and cleaning up at the end of every day, we treat your home with the same respect we would our own.

Remodeling is exciting, but it’s also disruptive. It can be emotional, messy, and challenging to live through. That’s why we believe the experience matters just as much as the finished result.

Summer evenings were made for outdoor dining. ☀️🍽️
Creating spaces where families can gather, relax, and make memories is one of our favorite parts of what we do.

For this Minneapolis home, we designed and built a new garage with an attached living space that gives this family even more room to enjoy life together. It’s become the perfect place for teenagers to hang out with friends, host elevated family game nights, or simply enjoy dinner outdoors on a beautiful summer evening.

To ensure the addition felt like it had always been there, we incorporated details from the original home, including traditional lap siding and classic double-hung windows. The result is a seamless extension that honors the home’s character while creating a space the family reaches for every chance they get.

It’s no surprise this has become one of their favorite places to spend time together.

This scullery is one of our favorite spaces in the home. ✨

It’s not only a hardworking room that keeps the everyday mess out of the kitchen, but it’s also full of thoughtful details. One of our favorites? We repurposed a vintage French casement window to connect the scullery to the existing porch—bringing in beautiful natural light while creating a charming pass-through for drinks and snacks when entertaining.

It’s details like these that make a home feel truly special. There are so many thoughtful moments throughout this project, and we love that this room feels as though it has always been part of the house.

Sometimes a transformation doesn’t require starting from scratch.

These staircases are proof that working with what you already have can create a beautiful impact. A fresh coat of paint, updated flooring, and a new carpet runner were all it took to highlight the character that was there all along.

It’s not always about replacing everything—it’s about enhancing the charm your home already has.
