Our new business model has changed the way our energy-efficiency projects are developed, marketed, and delivered. inBYLT's goal is to improve the environment by upgrading the energy efficiency of buildings, reducing both the carbon emissions and pollution that is released to the environment from these facilities. At the same time, the company also serves the less fortunate by helping alleviate poverty, improving educational opportunities, providing housing and addressing the exploitation of children.

Big thank you to everyone who joined us for the tour of the Maple Grove Community Center – Trustone Rink addition!

This project represents what’s possible when innovation meets smart municipal investment. The refrigeration plant, managed by inBYLT, is one of the first new ammonia systems in the country to integrate a Darcy Groundwater Condenser, dramatically improving efficiency while unlocking $ millions in tax credits for the City of Maple Grove, MN - Local Government.

From the mechanical room to the finished sheet of ice, it was great to showcase how forward-thinking design and ex*****on can deliver long-term value for communities.

We appreciate the strong turnout and the opportunity to share what’s next in ice arena technology.

inBYLT was proud to participate in the ribbon cutting ceremony for Phase 1 of the Maple Grove Community Center expansion, a project that will have a lasting impact for residents, athletes, and families.

Our team had the privilege of leading the ice arena scope, highlighted by the new TruStone Financial Rink. This facility features a state-of-the-art refrigeration system, including a Darcy Solutions groundwater condenser, delivering exceptional efficiency, sustainability, and long-term performance.

From the ceremony to the first look at the new space, it’s clear this project represents more than just infrastructure, it’s an investment in community, wellness, and year-round activity.

Congratulations to the City of Maple Grove, MN - Local Government and all partners involved. We’re grateful to be part of bringing this vision to life.
