We’re bringing new energy to the Minnesota State Community and Technical College Fergus Falls campus!

This week, campus leaders, community representatives and project partners gathered to celebrate the groundbreaking for a $12 million campuswide energy improvement project.

The project will bring centralized geothermal heating and cooling, improved ventilation and indoor air quality, and reliable emergency backup power to approximately 160,000 square feet of campus space.

inBYLT is proud to work alongside M State and CMTA on improvements that will create a healthier, more efficient and more resilient campus for generations of students and employees.

A countywide approach to facility performance.

After evaluating 21 Ramsey County, Minnesota buildings, improvements were selected at 18 facilities as part of a multi-phase Guaranteed Energy Savings Project with inBYLT.

The planned work includes lighting and controls, building envelope upgrades, mechanical systems, water conservation, roofing, and nearly 2 MW of solar PV.

Across the program, these improvements are projected to reduce energy use by up to 21.7 million kBtu annually, while delivering $633,722 in guaranteed annual utility savings plus an estimated $37,202 in annual O&M savings.

By looking across the entire portfolio, Ramsey County can prioritize investments where they can have the greatest impact on long-term facility performance.

🏟️ Milestone Monday | Fridley Public Schools

Great projects begin with a plan!

Our partnership with Fridley Public School District started with a comprehensive Facility Assessment and Master Plan that helped the district confidently move forward with a $30 million voter-approved bond referendum with no tax impact to residents.

Today, those plans are becoming reality across five active school sites.

The district-wide improvement program includes track and athletic field reconstruction at the high school stadium, HVAC and roofing improvements, and renovation of the middle school natatorium and locker rooms.

And through it all, projects are being carefully phased to keep schools open and minimize disruption for students and staff.

We’re proud to help Fridley Public Schools turn long-term facility planning into improvements that will serve students, staff, and the community for decades to come.

⚾ A summer evening, great baseball, and even better company.

Last night, our team and their guests enjoyed a fun evening at the St. Paul Saints game. It was a chance to step away from our daily work, spend time together, and enjoy the relationships that make inBYLT such a special place to be.

We believe that strong teams are built on more than projects—they're built on trust, collaboration, and taking time to celebrate one another.

Thanks to everyone who joined us for a fantastic night at the ballpark.

Today we celebrated our Marketing Intern, Annika Gustafson, as she wrapped up an amazing summer with the inBYLT team! 🎉

Over the past few months, Annika helped capture the stories behind our projects through photography and content creation. Whether she was visiting jobsites or helping showcase the work our team is doing across Minnesota, she brought creativity and enthusiasm to everything she worked on.

We sent her off the only way we knew how—with pizza and a fun selection of sodas from Minnesota's Largest Candy Store! 🍕🥤🍬

Annika is heading back to the University of Kansas for her senior year, where she's studying Journalism and working toward her dream of becoming a news and sports reporter.

We'll miss seeing her around the office, but we're excited to see what's next for her. Good luck this year, Annika—we're cheering you on!

When a community facility closes, programs stop, schedules change, and families feel the impact.

That's why completing the renovation of the M Health Fairview Sports Center in time for summer camp was just as important as the construction itself.

The project transformed an aging sand-floor rink into an NHL-regulation refrigerated concrete rink while upgrading lighting and improving long-term facility performance.

The result is a better experience for skaters today—and a facility that's ready to serve the Woodbury community for years to come.
