Every detail of this renovation reflects hours of focused dedication from our trade partners and team. From complex, custom millwork throughout each room to intricate bathroom feature installs, the team is honoring the past while building for the future in this space. We are proud to have worked alongside such talented individuals who treated every detail with deep respect.

Centering inclusivity to create true community is the reason the Gardner team is always excited to partner with the Joy Collaborative. Our team was grateful to be one of the many partners involved in the Joy Zone, a transformed shipping container now a sensory haven designed to recenter and recharge those feeling overwhelmed in large public spaces. From the early planning stages to ex*****on, this space is a testament to the power of great relationships and shared vision. Our team is excited to see this space activated for the Special Olympics USA Games in Blaine, Minnesota, next month and many more times in the future. Congratulations to all involved!
