We are currently hiring and looking for an Operations Assistant to join our team and help Brandon, the owner, with day-to-day tasks to help keep the pack moving.

3 Bears Landscaping is a growing design and build landscaping company based in south Minneapolis. We specialize in hardscapes, softscapes, lawn and garden maintenance, and outdoor living spaces throughout the Twin Cities metro.

We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping teams stay on track in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

– Assisting with scheduling and daily operations
– Helping coordinate crews, materials, and project flow
– Client communication and follow-up
– Supporting onboarding and hiring processes
– Organizing office systems and operational tasks
– Helping improve company workflows and structure
– Supporting the growth of “3 Bears University” and team development

We turned a crowded back yard into a simple yet beautiful space. We scaled the deck back. Installed a permeable patio. Added some garden beds for planting. New grass and some flagstone steppers.

We installed this 16’ flagstone patio with natural outcropping seating and a retaining wall to manage the slope. It took about two weeks to complete, but the end result was well worth it! The materials used were fond du lac flagstone and outcroppings with versa lok retaining wall in the charcoal blend.

Our client just wanted a safe, usable space for her grandkids to play — and we made it happen in just a day and a half! We even repurposed the front yard boulders and added a charming Chilton flagstone patio to tie it all together.

A client called us needing help with her walkway and a failing timber wall — plus making the space fully wheelchair accessible.

Our crew rebuilt the wall and reimagined the whole entry using:
– Belgard Weston Block for strength & style
– Rochester Pacific Eco permeable pavers for durability & sustainability
– Chilton Wallstone + Chilton stone edging for that natural Minnesota vibe 🌿

Now, what was once unsafe and outdated is rock-solid, beautiful, and fully accessible. ♿️🔥
