Lake State Plumbing hard at it as always. Been bad at posting, so, here’s a few pics of a bakery we’re doing in c**n rapids. Hanging cast iron in the ceiling with ladders only is super fun & good for your health 🙄!!! Air tests are all solid & inspection went perfectly!! May all your risers hold back the concrete & all your floors drains be properly adjusted when they pour the floors. Plumb safely my friends.

Here @ Lake State Plumbing, we get to see all kinds of things. The good, the bad &….this…. I got asked if I had a pipe wrench to heighten the floor jacks so the door didn’t rub. Unfortunately I was “all out of wrenches”. I wasn’t touching this for any reason. People are the craziest people!! As long as people get what they want, safety, structure, these are all just suggestions. g s

Lake State Plumbing hard at it as always. Big thanks to our clients at Animales BBQ!! Amazing people to work with, great organization, communication & pastrami beef ribs 🤤. 100 gallon water heater with 250k BTU’s, these two units should produce enough hot water to last the foreseeable future of shifts & delicious smoked meat products!! Check them out if you get the chance, well worth it. May all your water heaters be fed the correct BTU’s & all your ribs fall off the bone. Plumb safely my friends.

Lake State Plumbing comin in hot, no matter how cold!!! Commercial water heater with a ridiculous recovery & first hour rating. Perfect for a Minneapolis favorite BBQ spot at peak times. Need a commercial roofer to repair the white rubber roof after we poke through for the exhaust, DM for owners contact info. May all your gas lines supply the proper amount of BTU’s & your water heaters be run equilaterally. Well post more photos of the finished installation for your amazement!!! Plumb safely my friends.

Lake State Plumbing, boots on the ground as always (except for posting on social media).  Water softener installation for an amazing client in an absolutely breathtaking property. We see a lot of properties in a month, very seldom are we taken back by the properties that we find. This one was amazing! May all your water softeners have isolation valves with bleeders and all of the regeneration lines be strapped to an air gap. Plumb safely, my friends.
