Park Construction is proud to have played a major role in the site development for the new Eagle Brook Church location in Rochester, Minnesota. Our crews provided earthwork, grading, utility, and paving services throughout the project, helping transform the site from early construction through the finished property.

Projects like this bring together multiple crews, disciplines, and phases of work. Seeing the finished site is a great reminder of everything that goes into building the infrastructure beneath and around a new development.

Thirty students from the Bakken Area Skills Center recently took a field trip to our U.S. Highway 85 project near Watford City, North Dakota.

Our team took the students to several locations along Park Construction’s 5.5-mile section of the Theodore Roosevelt Expressway expansion, giving them a firsthand look at the work involved in building a new four-lane divided highway through the Little Missouri Breaks.

With more than three million cubic yards of material expected to be moved on our portion of the project, there was plenty to see and talk about. The students asked a lot of great questions about the equipment, earthwork, construction process, and the careers that make projects like this possible.

Opportunities like this are a great way to introduce the next generation to careers in construction and show them what the industry looks like beyond the classroom.

Who knows? We might have met a few future Park Construction employees along the way!

Our crew is on the road again in Hudson, Wisconsin!

Park Construction recently completed work on St. Andrews Drive, adjacent to Troy Burne Golf Course. Working as a subcontractor to Total Excavating, our scope included tolerancing the gravel and paving 16,630 square yards of roadway.

Throughout our work, the team coordinated operations to maintain access for residents in the neighborhood while keeping paving operations moving safely and efficiently.

Park Construction is currently working on Phase 3 of the Moorhead Center Mall redevelopment in downtown Moorhead, Minnesota.

This redevelopment is transforming the former mall site into a more walkable, mixed-use downtown district with new public spaces and updated infrastructure. Phase 3 continues that work with new street and utility improvements throughout the redevelopment area.

Park's scope includes approximately 440 linear feet of 8-inch PVC sewer pipe, 2,100 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter, street lighting, traffic signal modifications, signing, and pavement markings. The project also includes broader street, sidewalk, utility, and paving improvements as the new downtown street network continues to take shape.

We are proud to be part of a project that is helping reshape downtown Moorhead and create infrastructure that will support future development, businesses, residents, and visitors for years to come.

In March 2026, Park Construction was awarded the Hopkins Central Park Improvements project, a redevelopment effort that brings park improvements, environmental remediation, and stormwater management together on one site.

The work includes the safe removal and disposal of impacted soils and debris, improved stormwater structures, new green infrastructure, updated park lighting, permanent restrooms, and a liner system designed to minimize water infiltration.

The completed park will also provide up to 20 acre-feet of new flood-storage capacity, reduce peak flows to Nine Mile Creek during major storm events, and improve water quality through new filtration features.

We are proud to be part of a project that addresses the site’s history while helping the City of Hopkins create a safer, more resilient, and more useful public space for the community.

Our parking lot refurbishment project at Eagle Brook Church in Ham Lake is finished!

Our team reclaimed the existing parking lot, prepared the site for paving, and completed the new asphalt surface to provide a smooth, durable finish.

Park Construction is looking to hire a Business Development Manager in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

This role will focus on identifying and advancing strategic business opportunities that support Park Construction’s long-term growth across private, industrial, energy, transportation, rail, and infrastructure markets.

The Business Development Manager will build executive-level relationships with owners, developers, engineers, public agencies, general contractors, and key industry partners while helping generate new project opportunities.

This position is a strong fit for someone with 7+ years of experience in business development, construction management, engineering, industrial services, project management, or a related field. Experience in heavy civil, commercial, industrial, transportation, infrastructure, or energy markets is preferred.

Salary range: $90,000 to $115,000
Location: Minneapolis, MN

Work arrangement: In-person and hybrid responsibilities, with regular travel throughout Park Construction’s operating regions
