Oh no! Leftover seeds!

Just kidding, leftover seeds are great. You can use them next season if you keep them safe this winter. To store seeds:

❄️Keep them somewhere cool. Storing seeds below 40°F is optimal, but between 50° and 60° will work just fine.

🌼Keep them dry. Moisture can significantly reduce viability. Use airtight containers such as mason jars to store seeds.

🍅Keep them dark. Sunlight is detrimental to the long-term viability of seeds. Store seeds in a dark cupboard or solid color container.

When you store them properly many seeds will last for years!
