We helped get a plasma table set up and running this morning for a local weld shop. They had enough space in their existing panel that it didn’t take much prep work to get ready. A new disconnect on the wall and tie in the provided power cord, and it’s ready for leveling and computer set up.

We were called out to a church in Graham to install 7 dedicated 208 volt circuits for a new LED wall about to be installed. We added a sub panel close to the wall location. Then we installed the 7 outlets up in the roof trusses out of view & painted black to blend in with the ceiling. The LED wall will be going in soon.

We ran power out to a new horse barn for a repeat customer in Cool this week. We upgraded to a 320 amp service on the house to carry the extra load of the barn and added a second feedthrough panel. We then installed a sub panel in the barn and a couple of outlets. The customer will add some lights and plugs himself in the barn.

We ran a service call for a walk in cooler at a local restaurant with no power this morning. We had to trace the circuit through the attic and 4 different junction boxes before finding a loose connection. We got that tightened back up and ready for the cooler tech to come back and make sure it’s running right.

We wrapped up electrical in a personal shop building this week for a longtime friend and customer. LED highbay lights and 110 volt plugs scattered throughout the shop space will make easy work on their projects. Once the office space is finished out, we’ll trim it out as well.

We finished up a small job yesterday running power to a mobile home. The power pole was close enough we only had to dig 15’ to get under the house. A quick bit of conduit and pulled wire to the panel inside. The meter was already set, so we got the house powered up before we left.

We installed a new explosion proof light in a chemical room for a repeat industrial customer today. They want to be able to check fluid levels in the tanks without a flashlight. We had to run a little bit of rigid conduit from a J box at another light a few feet away. While finishing that up, we noticed an existing light installed with EMT and set screw fittings, a clear violation of the hazardous conditions. We fixed that one up right with rigid conduit and a seal off fitting as well. Another safe customer.
