Monkey see, monkey do. Here’s our boys, ages 7 & 4, helping Matt build a fancy pants bi-fold gate along our driveway. The boys “helping” is often more work than not, but Matt never turns them down or hesitates when they ask. He has fond memories of his dad doing the same for him.
More on this bi-fold gate to come when it’s completed. It’s an excellent way to create a gate that spans a long distance, but can fold in on itself to be more compact when opened.

Meet the muscle behind Krueger Construction & Carpentry. Matt and Haley Krueger are Oregon natives, married for 14 years.
Matt has been a teacher and athletic trainer in the North Clackamas school district for 15 years. His passion for carpentry has been ever present in his life. He grew up watching his father work on endless projects, and was starting his own along side his brothers at a very young age (think epic backyard fort). He has since completed countless jobs for people. His tolerance for tedious manual labor is something to behold (seriously we’re not sure how he does it). Matt is ready to pursue carpentry full time and Haley is ready to support this new business venture for their family. Here’s to new things in 2022!

Matt specializes in: Interior carpentry/woodworking, exterior carpentry and painting, handyman tasks of all shapes and sizes.
