"MaCorp recently power-washed and painted our historic building in downtown Milwaukee. From day 1, everyone with whom we spoke was informative and professional. They offered a designer to help with the color samples and were patient with our need to alter our design as well as wait for our new windows to be put in. They did the homework of working with the city for the permission to put the cherry picker in our loading zone, as well as making certain my color choices worked within the city's guide lines. The painters were friendly, efficient and talented. We had numerous compliments on our building during the painting process as well as referring MaCorp to a friend who owns other buildings on our street and now will be painting his buildings as well. A win for our family and for the city of Milwaukee to have Broadway come back to life with a "face lift" Thank-you MaCorp"

This project is a perfect example of how much curb appeal can be unlocked with the right preparation and finish.

When we arrived, the home was covered with overgrown vines that had taken over large portions of the exterior, hiding the beautiful architectural details. After carefully removing the vines and thoroughly preparing the surface, we applied a fresh limewash finish that completely revitalized the property.

The result? A timeless, elegant look that highlights the home's character while giving it a bright, clean appearance that will stand out for years to come.

The difference proper prep and staining makes on IPE wood is hard to ignore.

The first photo shows an IPE deck that has not been cleaned, prepped, or stained. The second shows a deck we properly washed, prepared, and stained to restore the wood’s natural richness and protection.

IPE is an incredible hardwood, but without maintenance it can quickly lose its color and appearance from weather and UV exposure. With the right prep and products, the transformation is dramatic.
