This bathroom remodel is almost across the finish line!

Our part included setting the plumbing for a new double vanity, installing the new toilet, and completing the plumbing and fixtures for this LARGE walk-in shower.

The finished fixtures are what you see, but getting all the plumbing behind them right is what makes a beautiful remodel work for years to come.

Another bathroom remodel coming together with the Optimal Plumbing team.

Water Heater Wednesday: This was not your typical water heater replacement!

This downtown Milwaukee residence along the river had its water heater tucked away in a small upper loft/crawl space—which made getting the old one out and the new one in a little more interesting.

Jeff squeezed in; we removed what was necessary for access, lowered the old water heater out, and installed the new one in its place.

Sometimes the biggest part of the job is just figuring out how to get to it.

“Miltos was extremely polite and helpful. He seemed to care about providing great service and meeting our needs. In addition to installing a new tub spout, he made time to instruct about general plumbing tasks that need regular attention. He was very professional and skillful. It was a pleasure to have him at our home and we will be contacting him again for future needs.”

Great work, Miltos! Taking the time to help our customers understand their plumbing is just as important to us as getting the job done right.

A little behind-the-scenes team stuff today.

We stopped by Triple Crown Products to check out their inventory, learn more about their in-house printing capabilities, and find some new gear for the Optimal Plumbing team.

We’re looking forward to working with them as a printing partner and keeping our guys stocked with quality workwear.

Thank you, Triple Crown Products for showing us around and helping us find what we need!

“Would give Optimal Plumbing 10 stars!”

Karen recently trusted us with several updates in her home and had some incredibly kind things to say about Miltos and our team.

Her kind words mean the most to us because the experience we give our customers matters just as much as the plumbing.

Thank you, Karen! We truly appreciate you trusting us in your home — and we’ll be here when you need us.

Something pretty exciting is brewing in downtown Milwaukee.

Streamer Coffee Company is opening its first U.S. location right here in Milwaukee! The popular Japanese coffee company has 19 locations throughout Japan — and Optimal Plumbing gets to be part of bringing their first American location to life.

Right now, our team is laying out and coring the concrete floor so the plumbing can come up from the basement exactly where it’s needed. Coring uses a specialized drill with a hollow diamond bit to create clean openings through the concrete.

There’s a lot happening behind the scenes before that first cup of coffee gets poured.
