KPH President Keith Harenda recently presented at Government Opportunities Business Conference (GOBC)—annual statewide events hosted by Wisconsin Procurement Institute - WI APEX ACCELERATOR at various Department of Defense installations and federal agencies throughout Wisconsin. The conferences connect business leaders with government representatives, offering contracting workshops that guide businesses through the complexities of winning federal, state, and local government contracts.

Events held in June at the 115th Fighter Wing in Madison and in July at the U.S. Army's Fort McCoy and at Volk Field Air National Guard Base in Camp Douglas all included a presentation on KPH’s experience working for the federal government. 4 top tips for small businesses looking to earn government contracts can be found here:

KPH is redefining what affordable housing can look like through an innovative initiative to build high-quality, thoughtfully designed homes for early childhood educators. Growth-KPH, LLC. is the joint venture formed between KPH Construction, led by Keith Harenda, and Envision Growth LLC., led by Oby Nwabuzor, DrPH, MBA. As part of a 40-home development centered around five early childhood education hubs, our team is deeply commitment to affordability and long-term community impact.

Six three-bedroom homes designed by Van Cleave Architecture + Design LLC, with an estimated market value of $315,000, will be offered at approximately $105,000 to qualified educators. In the partnership, Envision Growth serves as lead emerging developer, while KPH Construction serves as general contractor and helped finance construction and close gaps in the project’s capital stack.

The homes are available now for purchase and interested educators can learn more about qualifications and apply at www.housingplan.org/ece. Questions can be directed to Caitlin L. Hey Milwaukee, while this season didn’t end the way we all hoped, our pride in the Milwaukee Bucks—and what they represent for our city—has never been stronger. As a Milwaukee Bucks Small Business Program partner and season ticket holder, KPH has had a front-row seat to the energy, resilience, and community impact this organization brings to Milwaukee every single day. Beyond the wins and losses, the Bucks continue to fuel our local economy, elevate our culture, and create a sense of shared identity that businesses like ours are honored to be part of. We’re grateful for the partnership, inspired by what this team stands for, and already looking forward to what’s ahead.
