Team Highlights at Natural Solutions
Fun day at Natural Solutions with headshots completed yesterday for new employees.
Laura Jensen joined us last October and has quickly become an invaluable part of our organization. She has transformed our back-office operations by streamlining processes, enhancing data analysis, and improving workflow coordination across departments. Laura is always willing to take on new challenges and approaches every task with determination and pride. Her versatility and problem-solving mindset make her the ultimate “Swiss Army knife” on our team. Beyond her operational contributions, she has also brought life and vibrancy to our office with her passion for plants and horticultural diversity and has earned the title of our "Resident Green Thumb."
We are also proud to recognize Jheison and Juan, cousins originally from Colombia. Earlier this year, Jheison made the courageous decision to leave Florida and his family to join our team on a trial basis — working out of state to ensure we were the right long-term fit. After this period, he fully committed to Natural Solutions and relocated his entire family to Milwaukee.
Without our knowledge, Jheison had also been speaking to his cousin Juan about joining the company. Shortly after returning to Milwaukee, he introduced us to Juan, who was eager for an opportunity. After meeting him, we immediately knew he would be a strong addition to the team. In just six months, both Jheison and Juan have far exceeded expectations — consistently demonstrating reliability, integrity, and a remarkable work ethic. Their contributions have been felt company-wide.
We are truly excited about the future with Laura, Jheison, and Juan as part of our organization. Each of them brings exceptional skills, character, and potential, and we look forward to supporting their continued growth and success at Natural Solutions.
We are lucky to have all three of them.
