JK Contractors is working in Ozaukee County this week.

LP Smartside is the product of choice to achieve the same timeless barn look with much less maintenance!

The crew has made some great progress and we can’t wait to update you all with the final product.

Mitchell showing another beautiful project teaming up with Coach House Homes

We were able to execute some unique detail work on this home including a stucco paneling on the bottom portion of the exterior, custom trimmed windows with the help of azek trim, and weaved corners on the upper level shake for a timeless look

Fun fact…Mitchell has an eye for design and detail. He can take an ordinary concept and completely level up the look of a home. If you’re not sure, just ask Mitchell!!

A glimpse into what JK and the crew have been up to lately… We’ve been busy on and off the job site (a crazy concept for us Kurz’s, we know 😂).

We’ve wrapped up some beautiful jobs and can’t wait to get started on this week’s exterior transformations! 🏡

It’s all in the details! 🏡🔨

We’re excited to be teaming up with Coach House Homes on this beautiful Cedarburg project!

From James Hardie stucco panels and hand-woven shake corners to historic-style AZEK window sills and custom crown molding, every detail was thoughtfully chosen to complement the character of this home.

Our crew is putting on the finishing touches, and we can’t wait to see this beauty come together once it’s painted!

Stay tuned for the finished reveal! 👀

The difference is in the details. ✨

New siding, a fresh roof, the right windows…the possibilities for your home’s exterior are endless. What sets us apart is how we get there.

Our dad, Jeff, started this business in 1979, so us kids grew up in it.

We learned the trade from our dad and an eye for design from our mom, and we bring both to every project.

The final product makes for maximum curb appeal with finishes that look as good up close as they do from the road 😍

For everyone on the edge of their seat waiting for the grand pie total here are the stats….

GRAND TOTAL: 6

1 didn’t make it out of the parking lot
1 didn’t make it 24 hours after he made it home

Our sweet tooth Mitchell is down to 4 pies and wishing he bought more 🤣

It’s a cherry pie palooza!

Had some fun taking bets on how many pies our sweet tooth Mitchell would come home with!!

🤣🤣

The Kurz’s are feeling refreshed after a fun filled weekend away!

Bringing a little (or a lot) of Door County home with us…cherry pies, jam, an antique or two…

Stay tuned to see how many cherry pies Mitchell Kurz bought! 😂

These Ozaukee County homeowners called us due to a woodpe**er problem.

Turned into a full siding replacement!

We went with (a wood pe**er proof)James Hardie fiber cement lap siding, LP SmartSide for the soffit and fascia, and new 6” seamless aluminum gutters.
