Hello from Southern Indiana!

We got out of the field for a minute to spend some quality time together before the busiest time of harvest!

We love exploring caves as a family!

This is Marengo Cave! We got cave kissed and enjoyed the exploration of 2 different tours!

Most recipes call for straining zucchini.

Did you know that the zucchini measurement is supposed to be what's left after straining?

4 cup bowl turns into 2 cups shredded and strained!

Peppers are coming along nicely. We harvested 3 today.

Peppers have a lot of vitamin c and are really good for you.

Gypsy peppers are one of our favorites! They pair well with a lot of things.
