Big news for affordable housing! The 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act just passed Congress, and it’s a major win for our neighborhoods.

This new act opens up more bank investment for housing tax credits and finally lets CDBG funds be used for new construction. This means we’re going to see a lot more affordable projects coming down the pipeline.
