We are SUPER excited to announce that our Korean fried chicken sandwiches are indeed coming back but this time, at Zocalo Food Park under a NEW name! SANDU.

Not only will we be serving our beloved Korean Fried chicken sandwiches but we'll be offering the juiciest chicken katsu sando you've ever had in Milwaukee. Come try for yourself if you don't believe us!

Can anyone guess what this is?

It's fresh, stretchy, and chewy. Always made in-house! Hint: rhymes with dochee.

Guys, we brainstormed this menu item harrddd.. to the point of brain deflation. We bought different Mochi molds, used different flours, trialed various cream fillings, and ripped through many Mochi "membranes" by accident. Some of the Mochi products came out rubbery and tough while others tore in half just lifting it, so we have much appreciation for our final mochi recipe.

Revealing some of our new drinks today by popular request. Our new drink items were made with many of you in mind. Our intent is to be a well-rounded boba tea shop offering flavors that are familiar to some but new and exciting for our boba fanatics. Pictured below is the Dirty Horchata from our Vietnamese coffee menu, Oreo Slushi with real Oreos, and regular Horchata. Many more to come, friends!

Opening date: tentatively Fall of 2023 pending construction completion and licensing!

The cat is out of the bag!

We will be partnering with FlourBox Sisters to serve up some delicious mochi donuts at our storefront in Bay View. We are so stoked and honored to be working collaboratively with these hard-working (and sweet!) individuals. Take a look inside this article for more details.

This FRIDAY, August 18th will be our LAST pop-up this summer! See you at the Food Truck Friday event at the West Allis Farmers market from 5 pm - 8 pm! We are operating on a limited menu in order to accommodate the demand (last year was insanely busy), so we appreciate your understanding.

We want you to know we are putting our full efforts to getting our shop open! Thank you all for your continued support and choosing to be a part of our growth.

We also want to thank these amazing small businesses and organizations for hosting S'blendid Boba Tea this Spring/Summer The Bread Pedalers, Riley's Sandwich Co. & Social House, ElevAsian, West Allis Farmers Market and all of the other business that reached out to host us. There are no words that can describe how grateful we are for these opportunities and this uplifting community. You guys rock!

Thank you Milwaukee Journal Sentinel for showcasing our vision with the community! Although we aren't open yet, the Bay View neighborhood has welcomed us with open arms, and we are extremely grateful for that.

Now, it's time to get work! We will use the next few months in transforming this unique building into a cafe that feels inclusive to our Bay View community. Stay tuned for renovation updates, friends and families!

Owner Malee Thao started the business in early 2022, working farmers markets and pop-up events.

After what felt like YEARS, we finally found our permanent home. We are excited to announce that our storefront will be in Bay View with the goal to open in a few months (if everything goes accordingly). A part of us feels guilty that we are leaving behind our family and friends in Wauwatosa, but we felt this was the best long-term decision for the business. We hope to see new and familiar faces when the project is complete! Thank you for your continued support!!!
