Did your egress window leak? These sure did.
Frogs and all were found when investigating the water leak in this basement. We completely removed and reset them correctly. And a new trim package was installed to seal them up tight. The next step is Skelly Masonry for a foundation crack repair to make sure it stays dry. Then, it's on to drywall,texture,paint then flooring and trim

Now that most of the storm chasers are gone, we will be out tomorrow to start the process for our long term clients.
