I was wondering why theses new subdivisions Roof are blowing off I seen a job today by looking at the Shingles that blow off theses Roofers would lay 5 shingles and nail 1 shingles that the reason
In this subdivision we install roofs and lost no shingles and three 6 year old houses newly built lost shingles on every side one of the homeowner that we had installed a new Roof 10 years ago lost nothing but right behind his home he brought to my attention how the shingles had no nails holes in them and he show to me I have never heard of this but I was wondering why theses newly built houses lost so many shingles he also said was no underlayment installed on theses houses they nailed shingles direct to the decking my personal house got it but I didn’t lose whose shingles all in my yard is 4 inch chips of shingles I didn’t lose any whole shingles
New Construction is an misery to me but builders does not use Roofing Contractors they get guy with a pickup
So check your shingles was they even nail on
