Well, let's just vent a little here! Been at 4061 Avalon Blvd since 1977. I guess the only businesses that don't have power are me, and I guess the courthouse next door. FPL told me on the 11th we would be restored by the 12th. Been on generators since the storm trying to conduct business, very limited I might add. Now, it
is the 15th and we are still in this hot metal building, still on generators and still limited capability with scheduling. I called them again this morning and they told me Pike had my ticket. Well, haven't seen them yet. If I waited 5 days to fix your ac, you'd tell me to take a hike. Monopoly is a bad thing for customers!

The courthouse is dark so I am assuming they said the heck with it or they don't have power either. When you look at "the map", it says I have power. Need to work on your map FPL

We are still without power as of 6 pm Sunday. FPL assured us we’d be back by tomorrow evening. Just keep using the numbers for our on call technicians until we are back operational

We will close down until the Hurricane passes our area. We will be back available for emergency service once the storm passes and travel is deemed safe by authorities. Be sure you have full power on your home before you call for service. Our emergency line will not be active if power is down at our office. The direct line for the on call technician is 850-554-4801.

We are back in operation again! Thanks to AT&T getting it resolved quickly. Twice in 9 days hurts business though!

Att fiber has been cut. Everything at our office is down. Phones & internet
We have no idea as to the extent of the outage and the time we will be down. Our WiFi is out as well so cell data is spotty in our office. Social media is our only point of contact at this time. A repair ticket has been generated for this occurrence
