Hey Everyone. The nursery took a big hit. We had one of those bad jet things or a tornado hit us.

Good news! We are alive and most of the plants are fine. Some just getting a little more light than they were used to... 😅

We will get the sales floor open soon. It had a large tree strike on one corner, but minimal damage.

The bad news is that we lost both of our greenhouses, so production is stalled.

We won't be able to fulfill custom grow orders anymore.

Really hope everyone is okay. That was a scary storm. Stay safe 💜💜

We are securing the nursery and skipping the market this Saturday.

If you pre-ordered plants with us, we will contact you regarding delivery after this storm blows through.

Nursery hours will remain the same unless we get blown away.

We installed three mini meadows at the nursery last year

It's been so fun watching them evolve and thrive

The days are getting shorter, and the fall show of native wildflowers is upon us! Re-opening with normal hours this Sunday 8-3 Monday 8-5. Updated inventory is on our website. 💚

We are excited to present at Wild Birds Unlimited this coming Saturday, and the day before we re-open for fall!

The days are getting shorter and with all the rain we are having, it's a great time to begin planting projects again!

Our native hibiscus species are cold hardy and flower all summer!

They thrive in wet to average soil and part to full sun

Hummingbirds and native bees love them

We will be bringing fresh grown and healthy plants to the Palafox Market this coming Saturday.

Groundcover highlight:

You can plant elephants foot now, to get flowers and seed set this summer/fall!

One of our favorite native groundcovers for part sun and dry to average soil.

A wonderful foundation for a meadow or to hold back the lawn.

We have these available for pre-ordering for August 8th Palafox Market or custom grow by the flat (4 week turnaround)

We use this as a meadow base, or a filler in areas that don't have enough sun for grasses.

If you have a nice patch already and don't want it to spread, mow after it flowers!

If you DO want it to spread, allow the seeds to mature and release.

You can still mow in late fall to allow reseeding and also have a clean winter look.

We have had so many requests for native groundcovers this year, so we are producing more of them and highlighting our favorite ones for you to explore
