I wanted to take this time to say thank you to everyone who supported my business these past few years in the central part of the state. I am grateful for the opportunities that were given to me to learn and grow as both a contractor and a person. Without your help I would not have the experience and skills necessary to help me succeed in my next venture. It is hard for me to close the doors and move on from something I put so much time and work into but I am excited for what is ahead for me and my family. Pro tip: when replacing a toilet ensure you remove the old wax ring and replace with a new one. The damage in these photos is due to a doubled wax ring. Other causes could be improper install resulting in a damaged wax ring and/or incomplete seal and the installation of an incorrect wax seal. Most toilets come with a new wax seal, ensure to follow the supplied directions or watch a how to video from a reputable plumber to install it correctly! Happy DIY!
