✅ Permitted Sewer Line Replacement in San Jose, CA

Here is a completed sewer replacement project performed under the home in San Jose. The existing drain system had old deteriorated metal piping in the crawlspace, so the work required careful access, removal, replacement, and proper installation of new drain piping.

This type of work is not glamorous, obviously, because humanity decided that critical plumbing should live under a house in the dirt. But it is important work that protects the home, improves drainage reliability, and helps prevent bigger sewer issues later.

Scope of work:
• Permit obtained for the sewer replacement
• Crawlspace access and inspection
• Removal of old damaged/rusted drain piping
• Installation of new sewer/drain piping
• Proper pipe routing and support
• New fittings and connections
• Work completed in tight under-house conditions

✅ Technical Siding & Foundation Inspection Completed in the Bay Area, CA
For this project, we performed a detailed contractor technical inspection of the existing siding installation and foundation condition.
Our team used laser leveling equipment, FLIR C5 thermal imaging, field measurements, selective siding opening, and photo documentation to review visible conditions and identify areas that required closer attention.
The inspection included checking siding alignment, exposed installation details, foundation measurements, and exterior conditions around the home. After the site review, we prepared a written report for the client so they would have organized documentation of the findings.
This type of inspection helps homeowners better understand the condition of previous work and gives them clear documentation to discuss with the proper professionals, attorneys, consultants, or other specialists.
Scope of work:
• Technical siding inspection
• Foundation measurement
• Laser level verification
• FLIR C5 thermal camera review
• Selective siding opening
• Photo documentation
• Written contractor report

✅ Deck, Railing & Accessibility Upgrade Completed in Pacifica, CA
This was a permitted exterior project designed to make the outdoor area safer, more comfortable, and easier to access for a person with limited mobility.
We completed the plans, handled the permit process, installed the deck, added safe railing around the deck, and created additional walkway access for better movement around the property. On the covered portion of the deck, we also installed marine-grade heaters and a ventilation fan to help keep the area warmer and reduce moisture buildup.
The final result is a clean, functional outdoor space with improved access, a secure railing system, and a more comfortable covered deck area.
Scope of work:
• Plans and permit coordination
• Deck installation
• Safe railing system around the deck
• Additional walkway access
• Marine-grade heaters for the covered deck area
• Ventilation fan for moisture control
• Exterior finish details and clean installation
