Hi Spokane Community,

If you, or someone you know has suffered any recent fire loss or damage, our firm, Back to Terra Sustainable Architecture, is offering 50% off our usual rate to help those that have had any loss from the fire. We are a local firm, focused on sharing personal experiences with our clients, but have 36 years of architectural background with projects ranging from US embassies in foreign countries, to a very local chicken coop!

For assistance with insurance claims, we also have a good contact that can guide you through all the red tape of fire insurance claims.

We have a bit of history with area fire recovery- We did several replacement homes in Silver Lake/Medical Lake about 3 years back at our 50% reduced fee. We got to share in hearing a lot of heartwarming stories and it was a pleasure to give back to the community. We met a lot of amazing people, and we are excited to meet new friends and hear more amazing stories of strength and resilience!

We work with a whole team of local Contractors and also have Structural Engineer consultants for more complex projects.

We do have a very strong background in Sustainability for those of you that are looking to do greener projects. Maybe you just want to do a few things to save money and energy or to limit toxins going into your home, or maybe you want go all out and put solar on the roof.
