Emergency bathroom floor repair completed for another happy customer.

A leaking toilet caused major hidden rot around the cast iron fl**ge and subfloor. We removed all compromised material, reinforced the floor structure, patched in new hardwood flooring to best match the existing floor, and coordinated repairs so the bathroom could be put back together properly. We also repaired a large ceiling opening below from the plumbing access.

This project is a great example of why water damage should never be ignored — what looks minor on the surface can turn into serious structural damage underneath.
