With our founder Mike Cummings recently retiring, we wanted to surprise him with something that would allow his impact to continue to serve the community!

And we’re very excited to announce the Michael J Cummings Community Impact Scholarship!

This will be a $5000 scholarship awarded once a year to a Sussex County student who’s going into the construction industry so if you know someone who could benefit, keep an eye out for more information 🫶🏽

Ever wonder how you move an entire house? 😅

We had to do just that for our Moved & Improved project! This home was relocated from Bethany Beach to Ocean View, and we'll be building one of our newest projects on the original lot 🙌
