A HUGE Thank you to our Client for the opportunity and Our Crew for the extended efforts hours and hard work they put into one of our latest projects.

This project consisted of a two room painting project with two-tone charcoal/sand color scheme along with the covering of pre-existing olive green to a sands of time shade by Sherwin Williams.

Next we moved on to the first floor bathroom for a refinishing project of a late model vanity. Updating it from an older style varnish brown to a new age modern black with original white hardware. Linoleum flooring changed over to luxury vinyl flooring throughout with a quarter round base trim.

Moving forward to upstairs bathroom where we changed out an Old corner vanity and updated to a new and improved modern vintage Sage color vanity with granite top and new fixtures along with new plumbing and updated drainage to match. An old porcelain tub was removed and a New updated modern soaking tub was installed along with minor wall fabrication needed for the extraction and installation process of the side walls. New plumbing and drainage was Also installed for this unit.

A small access area was cut out to gain access to tub plumbing and later replaced and boxed in with Aztec square white trim for a nice touch.

A modern Gray 🩶 luxury vinyl flooring was applied also to the upstairs bathroom flooring for an updated look.

Both toilets upstairs and downstairs were removed and the installation of new 10 year wax rings were installed.

A final wipe down and sweep along with a final inspection to make sure all units were functioning properly passed and we were on our way to the next project.

Hey guys and girls 👋

We have something we wanted to share to make Facebook users and local business seekers in on. So today I stumbled upon a reel and the gentleman was talking about how he lost business due to Facebooks new update and platform for reviews on his business search Page.

It seems like what happens is the new algorithm will pick up any letter, word or similar post and throws everything from Coast to coast and beyond into a big puddle of good and bad reviews.

So I searched our company from my regular account. Low and behold I'm seeing negative posts from people I've never did business with.. I looked into it a little more and click on the posts and see that the individuals that are making the posts are naming the businesses they are speaking of but it doesn't show unless you click on the post itself.... I can only imagine how many businesses are getting the cold shoulder due to the fact that people aren't aware of this!

I felt it was my duty to spread the word about this unfortunate way of operation on Facebooks end!

Below I will share a few screenshots to help people understand. And if anyone that has a good tech background can share a solution, I would definitely appreciate your feedback!

No business is perfect and in the World of Facebook, you have people that no one can make happy unfortunately and fake competition acting as individuals to give successful businesses a bad wrap.

Always do your research and click on the actual business and check their personal reviews for their page if you can.

Our page is 5 stars every day and great page health. I believe out of hundreds of clients we served in the area, maybe 2 were not totally satisfied and we did our best to accommodate anything in our power to fix any issues they had but that goes with the territory of what a business provides and has to go through on a daily basis.

The only resolution I've found is people saying to shut off your reviews but we are proud of the good reviews we have so I cannot do that.

Thank you All for your time in reading this post and spread the word to your friends. Maybe we can get this figured out so good and great businesses don't suffer from incorrect information!

Hey Geo's Pro Maintenance fans! 👋 We haven't had much time to post New projects, but here is one of our latest!

We'd like to Thank our Clients for the opportunity , their hospitality and patience throughout the project and a HUGE Thank you to our Crew for the non stop efforts and hard work in completing this project!

After an In home consultation and free estimate, our client explained they wanted to do away with the old glass tile and marble look and update it to something more modem. We worked together with our clients sending a few samples and putting ideas together based off budget and materials. In no time I understood what type of look and facelift we were going for here. Materials were ordered and the demolition began. In 1 short day, the bathroom was stripped down and all items removed. After materials arrived, Within a 1 week period, we were able to install everything and provide our client with their newly remodeled bathroom!

Once again, we appreciate everyone involved!
