Woohoo! 💃🕺Our final homesite builds at Indy are well underway and far be it from us to brag but they are looking MARvelous! Out little enclave, affectionately called “Indy 13” is beautifully surrounded by trees in a quiet tucked in part of our community but close to the action of our 24,000sf Clubhouse. We have 27 homesites remaining in the final chance to own in Indy, large lots, some with basements and lots of one floor living!! Come see what the buzz is all about! 😄🩷

It was an
🇩🇪🍻OCTOBERFEST 🍻🇩🇪at Independence to remember!
Hundreds of homeowners joined together over the weekend, to eat, dance, eat, drink and eat some more! Resident volunteers worked tirelessly on preparations as well as on the day and the result was smiles all around, lotsa hugs, lotsa laughs, and, did we mention…lotsa food? 🥨🌭🍻😀🥨🌭🍻🥨🌭🥂😁🌭
