The roof is going on at All Saints’ Church in Rehoboth Beach — and you can already see the difference from the sidewalk. 👀
Swipe for the before.

That old roof had years of Atlantic salt air, sun and storms behind it. Shingles fail from the top down, and once they go, everything underneath is on borrowed time.

Here’s what’s going on in its place:
🔹 Ice & water shield at the gutter lines and valleys — where water actually gets in
🔹 Atlas Summit 60 synthetic underlayment across the deck
🔹 Architectural shingles — the only part you’ll ever see

We’re not finished yet. There’s still work to wrap up, and I’ll show you the whole thing when it’s done.

Be honest though — do you know how old the roof over your head is right now? 👇

Would you get on this roof? 😳

We’re giving All Saints’ Church in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware a full roof replacement and here’s what’s actually under those shingles:

1️⃣ Bare deck — old roof stripped down to the wood
2️⃣ Ice & water shield + synthetic underlayment — stops leaks even if a shingle gets damaged
3️⃣ Architectural shingles — the only part you ever see

Layers 1 and 2 are where a roof is won or lost. They’re also the first thing that gets skipped when someone cuts corners.

My guys stay fully strapped in up there. On a pitch this steep, that’s not optional.

👀 Next video: a flat rubber roof out back that’s leaking — I’ll show you exactly why.

So be honest… would you get up there? Yes or no way? 👇

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “Not a single nail left behind.”

That’s straight from T.P.’s Google review, and it might be our favorite line yet.

Anyone can put shingles on a roof. What homeowners actually remember is what the property looks like when the crew pulls out — and whether they’re still finding nails in the driveway a month later.

T.P. also said Henry was professional and punctual, the whole crew was great, and the whole thing was easy and stress free start to finish. That’s the goal on every single roof.

Thanks for taking the time to leave this one, T.P. 🙏

The stain is on your ceiling. The leak isn’t.

Water almost never gets in directly above where you see it. It finds a way in uphill — a pipe collar, a vent, a split shingle — then runs down under the shingles and drops through wherever the framing lets it.

What we actually check:

🔎 Penetrations first. Pipes, vents and flashing are where most roofs leak — not the open field of shingles.
🔎 Splits and cracks. Water doesn’t need a hole. A hairline split is enough of a path.
🔎 Old sealant. Roof cement smeared over a seam isn’t a repair — it’s a receipt that someone chased this leak before. It gets brittle, cracks, and lets water right back in.
🔎 What you’re working with. Shingle type and age tell us whether a repair will actually hold, or just buy you a few months.

Got a stain, a drip, or a spot that only shows up in a hard rain? Get it looked at before the decking goes soft.

Where’s your stain showing up — kitchen, hallway, or a bedroom ceiling? Tell us below and we’ll point you at the likely culprit.

A Rehoboth Beach landmark is getting a new roof. 🏛️

All Saints’ Episcopal Church — tear-off to final shingle:

→ Old shingles stripped down to bare decking
→ Every board inspected before anything went back on
→ Fresh underlayment laid tight across the full slope
→ Atlas Pinnacle Pristine shingles, course by course

A roof like this isn’t just square footage. Steep pitch, a steeple to work around, and a building this community counts on — so every step got done right the first time, in full fall protection.

Roof showing its age? Get eyes on it before winter. Free inspection, honest answer, no pressure.
