New deck boards and vinyl rails were installed on two new landings, a set of steps, and a front porched that is now screened in. A new concrete pad in the back was also poured in Pot Nets Coveside.

I'm not sure if any of you know but The Cohen's (Jason and Christina, and the help of another close couple) are having thier 2nd Annual Backlash Festival and would love your support! What started as an idea to bring people together for a day of great music, good friends, and a whole lot of fun is growing into something even more meaningful.

As we prepare for Backlash Fest 2026, we're excited to announce that a portion of the proceeds from this year's event will be donated to TWO local organizations doing important work right here in Sussex County.

Higher Ground Outreach Inc supports individuals facing homelessness, food insecurity, substance use, and mental health challenges. Through their Higher Ground House day resource center, they provide meals, showers, clothing, peer support, and other essential resources to people who need them most.

CHEER, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting adults age 50 and older. Through senior services, meals, transportation, health and wellness programs, and community activities, CHEER helps older adults stay active, connected, healthy, and independent.

Two organizations. Two important missions. One community.

We're proud that Backlash Fest can play a small part in supporting organizations that are working every day to help people in our community.
