⚕️Healthcare Upgrades are Complete at Transylvania Regional Hospital!

RYSE Construction successfully delivered two important healthcare construction projects at Transylvania Regional Hospital in Brevard, NC, enhancing both patient safety and diagnostic capabilities. Working inside active medical and clinical environments requires strict coordination, infection control, and precision planning to ensure zero disruption to daily hospital operations.

Our team provided comprehensive construction solutions for both scopes of work, ensuring full compliance with specialized healthcare building regulations.

🚑 Project 1: Emergency Room Lobby Egress Addition:
To meet updated medical facility code requirements, RYSE Construction partnered with the hospital for the demolition and installation of a new exit door system leading directly from the main Emergency Room lobby. This addition substantially improves patient flow and emergency egress safety.

🩻 Project 2: Orthopedic X-Ray Suite Conversion
This specialized medical upfit involved converting a standard exam room into a fully functional Orthopedic X-Ray suite, complete with an integrated control room and optimized adjacent hallway storage. The renovation required extensive technical coordination to support advanced imaging equipment specifications and Medical Office Building (MOB) operational requirements.

Soon to RYSE: A major upgrade is coming to Bryan Easler Toyota! 🚗💨

This one officially broke ground on May 1st, and we are moving fast to wrap this one up by July 3rd. It has been incredible seeing the progress of this project take shape so quickly as we put our steel building expertise to work. We are constructing a ground-up, fully enclosed service lane designed to completely transform the customer experience and improve service flow.

This massive new lane will accommodate 6 to 8 vehicles at a time, meaning customers can pull right in and check in for service while staying completely out of the elements. To keep things comfortable year-round, the space will feature two massive fans, two radiant gas heaters, and crisp LED directional signage. Plus, the team can close off one side of the lane so you can pick up your vehicle inside when the mountain weather gets unpleasant.

We are so excited to add auto dealerships to the growing RYSE Construction portfolio! This is another proud Hendersonville, NC, area project for our team. As local commercial general contractors, we pride ourselves on having the agility and expertise to take on complex, specialized builds right here in our own backyard.

Beyond the jobsite, Randy is a leader in every sense of the word. Many Tuesday mornings, he helps lead our team in devotion and prayer, sharing his faith, encouragement, and words of wisdom. His ability to connect lessons from life, work, and faith leaves a lasting impact on our team and helps reinforce the values that guide us both personally and professionally.

Whether he's coordinating complex renovations in active healthcare environments, mentoring team members in the field, or encouraging those around him, Randy consistently demonstrates integrity, humility, and a servant-leader mentality.

We're grateful to have Randy on the RYSE team and appreciate the knowledge, experience, leadership, and faith-driven example he brings to our company every day.

A Mountain Transformation is Complete at Ridgecrest! 🏔️✨

We are officially wrapping up at the beautiful Ridgecrest Conference Center! Since starting this project back in November, our team has been hard at work on a complete renovation of the Mount Laurel West Hotel. We are thrilled to announce that all 120 rooms and corridors are finished and ready just in time for summer guests to enjoy.

It has been an honor to partner with Ridgecrest to bring this vision to life and refresh these accommodations for the seasons ahead. Whether you are here for a conference or a mountain getaway, we hope you enjoy the new look!

Another milestone unlocked at the Asheville Airport! ✈️🚙

If you’re traveling through the Asheville Regional Airport and need an auto rental, you’ll notice a major upgrade on your next arrival. We recently handed over the keys to the brand-new, on-site rental car facility!

As part of the ongoing AVL Forward transformation, this new space consolidates operations right inside the terminal footprint, next to the new baggage claim. It’s all about making the travel experience smoother for everyone flying in and out of Western North Carolina.

The airport is a valued repeat client of ours; you may just remember some of our work inside the terminal areas with Jimmy John's, the Goods, and Costa Coffee. We are incredibly proud of the RYSE team for delivering another high-quality space that helps this local hub keep growing!

⚕We’re back at Mission Hospital! RYSE Construction is partnering with Stryker Corporation to modernize 10 operating rooms at HCA's Mission Campus in downtown Asheville.

This project is a massive team effort involving new structural steel reinforcements above the ceilings, medical gas modifications, electrical upgrades, and new OR booms to support top-tier surgical care.

Working inside an active surgical environment takes an incredible amount of coordination. Our team is carefully scheduling every single step around live hospital operations, from managing critical shutdowns to power, HVAC, and medical systems without ever disrupting patient care or surgical schedules.

In healthcare construction, success isn't just about the final build; it’s about making sure the hospital can keep saving lives seamlessly while the work is underway. We are incredibly proud of our team's proactive planning and problem-solving on this complex project!
