We are excited to announce our newest ground-up project: the Young ACE Hardware of Mars Hill! 🛠️🌳

This new 12,000 square foot store + 3,000 square foot garden center will be at a convenient Mars Hill location, bringing premium convenience right to our neighbors. This marks the 6th location for the Young family, who are passionate about bringing family-owned and operated ACE Hardware expertise to WNC. (You already know their amazing stores in Weaverville, Asheville, Mills River, and Candler!)

Our team is already hard at work on the geotech phase. In partnership with Fisher Architects and CDC Civil Engineering, we will be building a load-bearing CMU and steel bar joist structure designed to serve the community for generations. 🏗️✨

🏛️💙 Rebuilding Canton: Canton Police Department Renovation! 🚨✨

Following the devastating impacts of Hurricane Helene, RYSE Construction is honored to continue standing alongside the Town of Canton as part of their ongoing recovery and rebuilding efforts. Located just down the road from our Canton Town Hall project, we are officially underway on the historical renovation of the Canton Police Station!

This project will transform the existing historic facility into a modern, purpose-built home designed to support the daily operations of our local law enforcement officers.

Key elements of the transformation include:
🏢 Modernized Operations: Updated administrative work areas, officer workspaces, a dedicated command center, and expanded training facilities.
🔒 Specialized Spaces: Purpose-built interview areas, a secure armory, and dedicated evidence processing and storage.
⚡ Infrastructure Upgrades: Significant mechanical, electrical, life-safety, and site system improvements to ensure a safer, more efficient facility.

Alongside the new Canton Town Hall, this project represents another vital investment in the safety, strength, and future of the Canton community. We look forward to delivering a facility that will serve Canton’s officers and citizens for decades to come!

🔥 From Resilience to Reopening: Welcome Home, Ichiban! ✨

We are honored to have played a role in bringing a beloved Asheville staple back to life after Hurricane Helene. Following the devastation of their Biltmore Village location, the RYSE Construction team got to work transforming the former Cracker Barrel at 130 Hospitality Way (off Tunnel Road) into Ichiban Japanese Hibachi & Sushi Bar’s brand-new home!

This 3,500 sq ft full interior renovation includes:
🔥 8 custom hibachi grill stations
🍣 A sleek, modern sushi bar & wet bar
🛋️ Updated fixed seating and complete interior upgrades
🎨 Exterior façade upfits designed to match their fresh new look

Seeing local businesses rebuild and adapt shows the true strength of Western North Carolina!

Ichiban is currently holding a soft opening by reservation through October 11th, with their official Grand Opening this Monday, October 12th!

Giving back to the community that gives so much to us!

Our RYSE Construction team had another great volunteer day at Black Mountain Children’s Home, lending a few extra hands and getting some work done!

We’re grateful for the opportunity to serve such an incredible organization and support the work they do for children and families in Western North Carolina. We love building more than just buildings, we love helping build up our community. 🛠️

RYSE Construction is thrilled to announce the completion of a specialized commercial construction project right here in Hendersonville, NC, for our friends at Bryan Easler Toyota!

Our team delivered ground-up construction and structural steel er****on for a brand-new, fully enclosed service lane. Engineered for maximum efficiency and guest comfort, the space features:

🛠️ Heavy-Duty Commercial Performance: Integrated dual-sided flexible enclosures, radiant gas heaters, and commercial overhead fans to keep operations running smoothly in any weather.

💡 Upgraded Navigation: Clean, modern LED directional signage to guide customers seamlessly through service pickups.

As our automotive commercial construction portfolio continues to grow, we are proud to build high-performing facilities that help local Hendersonville businesses serve their customers better.

🤝 Supporting Local Women & Families in WNC! 💖✨

The RYSE Construction team had a wonderful time coming out to support the Ascend Women's Center at their recent fundraiser on August 28th!

We are always grateful for opportunities to show up, connect, and invest in organizations that make a real difference across our community. Spending the morning alongside so many dedicated local leaders and neighbors was a great reminder of what makes Western North Carolina so special.

🚨 Project Complete & Ribbon-Cutting for Haywood County EMS Base! ✂️🎀

We were honored to stand alongside Haywood County officials, emergency management leaders, county finance representatives, and our design and engineering partners from McGill Associates and Clark Lanning Architects for the official ribbon-cutting ceremony earlier this month.

Transforming the former Armory site was a massive undertaking, and we are proud to deliver a facility built to serve Haywood County for years to come.

The project centered on constructing a brand-new 2,800 sq. ft. EMS Bay connected by a covered breezeway to the main facility, alongside a comprehensive 17,000 sq. ft. interior renovation. From upgraded systems to fresh cosmetic finishes throughout, the newly transformed space provides a modern, reliable home base for our local first responders and supports essential county operations.

RYSE Construction is deeply grateful to have played a role in strengthening Haywood County's infrastructure and supporting those who care for our community.

🏢 Hey Canton, RYSE is here! 📍🚧

If you’ve driven through downtown Canton recently, you might be wondering what’s going on inside the former bank building...RYSE Construction is proud to be leading the transformation of this three-story space into the brand-new Canton Town Hall.

This project includes a new building addition alongside extensive exterior façade improvements featuring a new skylight, storefront systems, and decorative masonry. Inside, the facility will be completely upgraded to deliver modern office and administrative spaces for Town staff, highlighted by a new Town Hall Chamber with beautiful architectural finishes.

More than just a renovation, this project represents an important step forward for the Canton community. The new Town Hall will provide a permanent home for Town of Canton staff who were displaced following the devastating impacts of Hurricane Helene.

RYSE Construction is deeply honored to play a role in Canton’s continued recovery and help create a facility that will serve this resilient community for years to come.
