We all know gutters and downspouts are to move water away from your home. More and more people are choosing to use rain barrels and rain chains to collect water to use on their yards,gardens and flowers.

Think about recently here in the Mid-South. We gave gone almost 2 full months without rain. Everything has been drying up long before fall color change season has arrived.

Having a stockpile of free water to use isn't a bad idea. Let's be honest folks...utility fees are going to continue to go up. Water is one source you can save to use later. Even if something happens to the grid at some point,you will be ahead of the game by already having a water to use. You just need to purify it.
